Should I use A4 or US Letter for e-books?
"I'm writing an e-book that will be sold in Australia and the USA. Should I format the document as A4 or US Letter size; or do I do two versions?"I suggest you choose either A4 or US Letter, and then make sure your margins are wide enough so that it will print correctly on the other size paper. That should cater for both types.
